Our Clients
Success Stories
We are proud to work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking career development to organisations committed to building inclusive cultures. Our success stories provide a sample of our work.
Supporting a Senior Finance Leader in the public sector in her return to work after maternity leave. We worked on her confidence and ability to adapt to ongoing changes as she considered whether to return to her current employer or take a part-time role elsewhere. This included recognising and accepting changes in herself, understanding new drivers and reigniting old ones, while confidently advocating for her needs. As a result, she felt much more confident in returning to work, more comfortable in the shoes of a 'working parent' and was able to facilitate a productive phased return with her manager at her existing employer.
Working with a high potential Commercial Leader in the telecommunications sector as he prepared for promotion to executive level. As the only executive from an ethnic minority, we worked on his confidence and comfort with his authentic leadership style and recognising limiting beliefs that could hold him back. We created a safe space for dialogue and the ability to work through his strengths and concerns. As a result, he was able to identify sponsors and allies in the workplace to support with his ongoing development and he continues to use career coaching as a key tool in his professional growth.
Delivering training on Inclusive Leadership to a newly formed senior leadership team. We aligned content to the organisation's future strategy to ensure engagement and worked closely with the HR team. Using our expertise in organisational and cultural development, the training was designed to stimulate 'below the surface' discussions - providing the right environment for behavioural change. As a result, the team left with a shared vision of what inclusive leadership meant and how to foster psychological safety, with positive feedback on content and approach. Since then we have continued to deliver 1:1 coaching with members of the leadership team.
